Yuli Kotler

Yuli Kotler is the founder and managing partner of Kotler Law. He leads the firm's workers' compensation practice and personally litigates cases on behalf of injured workers, along with consumer rights and debt collection harassment matters.

Before founding the firm, Yuli spent five years at a national law firm defending workers' compensation claims for employers and insurance companies. He saw firsthand how carriers evaluate, delay, and deny claims, and he now uses that knowledge to anticipate their moves and build stronger cases for his clients.

Yuli also served as Assistant Regional Counsel in Florida's 10th Judicial Circuit, where he litigated hundreds of felony, misdemeanor, and traffic cases. That courtroom experience in plea negotiation, motion practice, evidentiary issues, and trial and witness preparation shapes how he prepares every case today.
