JCC awarded Laura Connor temporary partial disability benefits for September 5, 2025, through January 11, 2026, finding she had not reached overall MMI for the accepted neck and left shoulder injuries from her December 3, 2021 accident.

The order credited ongoing light-duty restrictions from Drs. Rubenstein, Baynham, and Hill, rejected the employer/carrier's MMI defense, and awarded penalties, interest, attorney's fees, and costs on the past-due indemnity benefits.
