JCC awarded Richard Samuels TTD from February 11, 2025, through July 17, 2026, and ongoing TPD benefits after finding he was not at psychiatric, knee, or back MMI and remained under work restrictions.

The order rejected the employer/carrier's misconduct defense, credited the claimant's account of the altercation that caused his injuries, reauthorized care with Drs. Weber, Gerber, Burkhart, and Cubano, and awarded statutory penalties and interest on past-due indemnity benefits.
