    There is a culture of senior citizens made to do the heavy lifting. Many of us have back and arthritis. It is unsafe and … More unhealthy for us to perform these duties. Live Nation has promised to bring in a mobile trailer since April but it never arrives. The supervisor of security Richard Straw has made this a hostile climate for me. I have been cut due to low ticket sales for two events only to find out via Google search that at least one of the two and possibly the first one were sellouts. This is unnecessary. I am on limited duty but can walk the middle aisle to perform security duty for at least 50% of the show. This has only occurred once the rest of the time I am made to sit in a chair making me look like an incompetent child. I have asked to be in the venue in case of rainas I am in a brace that is very expensive and cannot get wet. They have only done a partial accommodation. I am still sitting outside in the sweltering heat. My VR counselor has asked if I can work with my friend Wayne indoors. I suffer from major anxiety depressive disorder and having a friend close by is important to me. I have been employed with Live Nation since 2019. The one time I did walk the aisles there were new employees I had to train on how to diffuse an altercation amongst fans. I feel less than the other employees because of these actions. I have proof that they accommodate others without a disability to leave early to catch a bus. I feel unimportant to Richard Straw and dispensible at a moment's notice without conferring with me about how I feel about it.
